Useful information for your holiday at Hotel Alpenklang
Check-In / Check-Out
Rooms are available for occupancy on arrival day after 3 p.m. On departure day, please check out of your room by 10 a.m., giving us time to clean for arriving guests.
Free WiFi
You are welcome to use our free WiFi throughout our 4-star hotel in Grossarl.
Room- & Hotel Safes
Please leave your valuables in your room safe or the hotel safe.
Equipment for Babies & Small Children
Upon request, we will be glad to provide you with a crib/cot as well as electric kettle for your room. Please inform us of your needs when making your booking.
Laundry Service
We will be happy to take care of your clothes. Fees vary according to quantity and the types of clothing.
Parking for Cars & Motorbikes
There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Covered parking is also available for motorbikes.
Rental of Sporting Equipment
You are welcome to borrow rucksacks, hiking poles and mountain bikes from the hotel free of charge. E-bikes can be rented at Sport 2000 Kendlbacher in Großarl.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring along your four-legged friend. We charge € 15 per day. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room and restaurant.
Smoking
4-star Hotel Alpenklang is a no-smoking establishment. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarettes outdoors or on the balcony.
Local Taxes
Room prices include local tourism taxes (€ 2,30 per night/person ages 15 and up).
Children’s price
Valid for children staying on a third bed in parents’ room.
- ages 0-5: € 10,–
- ages 5-12: € 30,–
- 13 and older: € 60,–
Per child and night incl. halfboard.
Payment Conditions
A deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance due may be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, Master Card).

Cancellation Conditions
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days bevore arravial. After tagt we charge 80% of the booked travel price.
With the exception of groups of 12 or more people, the separately agreed cancellation conditions apply or, if none have been agreed, then those of the Austrian Hotel Regulations. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 80% of the travel price.
Holiday Insurance
Please note that a hotel booking is a purchase contract. Cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or premature departure. For this reason, we strongly recommend buying cancellation coverage through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
